So you are planning an event? Let us help!


Start by contacting our scheduling office at (509) 313-6854. Please have the following information ready so we can help determine the most suitable space for you:
  • What type of event is it?
  • What room style do you need?
  • How many do you anticipate to attend?
  • Will you need any equipment or other kind of support?

Our department will then assign you an Event Planner if needed. If you need to make any changes or cancel your event, please contact your Event Planner. If you were not assigned an Event Planner and have any questions or changes, please contact our scheduling office.
